She later graduated from Western High School in 2003, where she distinguished herself through four years of participation in the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC), developing leadership, discipline, and a strong commitment to service.

With more than 25 years of experience as a Security Officer, Lacy has built a career centered on responsibility, safety, and customer service. Her extensive background in security has equipped her with exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills that continue to serve her in her professional endeavors.

Currently, Lacy serves as a Special Programs Teachers Assistant (SPTA) at a local elementary school, a position she has held for the past two years. In this role, she helps create a safe and positive environment for students while supporting the school's daily operations. Additionally, Lacy recently accepted the role of Assistant General Manager with U-Haul, where she has quickly demonstrated her ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver outstanding customer service.
